Acura’s Innovative Blind Spot Alert System

It’s the innovative Blind Spot Alert System, and it’s designed to warn you when an object moves into your blind spots.
While other car manufacturers have devices that can detect objects moving at higher speeds through your blind spot, Acura’s system uses a type of radar that also picks up on objects moving as low as 6 miles per hour. This is particularly handy in bumper to bumper traffic, merging, or in parking situations where blind spots can be a likely culprit in a slow moving collision.
